How do I invite other guests to use the app?

There are 3 ways to invite other guests to use the app: 

1. By adding a new guest to an existing reservation

2. By sending the guest an invite link

3. By letting the main guest invite other guests via the App 

1. How do I add other guests to an existing reservation? 

To add other guests to a reservation, take the following steps: 

1. Go to reservations in the left sidebar

2. Click on the reservation you want to add other guests

3. Click on “Invites” and click "Create invite" on the top right.

4. Add the guest details

5. Click create invite

6. The guest will be invited automatically by email and SMS. (depending on your touchpoint settings) 

2. How can I invite other guests by sending an invite link?

To send an invite link to another guest, take the following steps: 

1. Go to reservations in the left sidebar

2. Click on the reservation you want to add other guests

3. Click on “Invites” and Copy and paste the invite code behind your unique web app link. The link will look like the following: Name of your brand . Holidayhero.com/ UNIQUE INVITE CODE  ( If you would like to understand how this works, read more about your web app link here. )

4. Send the unique invite link to your other guests by your preferred communication channel.

3. How can the primary guest invite other guests?

If the main guests want to invite other guests, they can follow these steps: 

1. Login or go to the HolidayHero app

2. Scroll down to the “invite other guests” section 

3. Click “invite”

4. Fill in the guest details 

5. Click “invite” 

6. The guest will automatically be invited via Email and SMS
