What announcement type should you choose? 

Amenity - this card links to a specific amenity in the app. 

Do you want to promote or inform your guests about a specific amenity? This type would be suitable to select. An example amenity to promote could be the AC, as you like your guests to turn the AC off when they leave: 

Native browser - this card links to a website outside of the app.

Do you want to promote or inform your guest about something that is outside of the app? This is a suitable option. An example of a native browser announcement could be referring to the ticket website of the club Pacha to let your guests order tickets directly at the website of Pacha. Another option could be to promote your own booking site, for re-bookings for next year.

Experience - this card links to a local recommendation or upsells in the app. 

Do you want to promote a specific local recommendation or service upsell that you have created in the app? This is the right type to choose. For example, if you like to promote a specific discount for one of your partners you can create an experience announcement card. 

Generic - this is a card that gives a generic message without linking to something. 

Do you want to promote a generic message to your guests without linking to anything specific in-app or outside of the app? This option is a good option. A generic message could be to inform your guests about something that is broken or anything else you like to inform your guests about. 

Guidebook - this card links to a specific guidebook in the app.

Do you want your guests to pay attention to a specific guidebook? This would be the type to choose. A guidebook to promote could be how to check in or check out. 

In-app browser - this card links to a specific website link but stays within the app. 

Do you want to link to a specific website, but you don't want tour guests to leave the app? This would be a good option to select. You can choose to link to your own site for re-bookings for next year. 

Wifi - this card lets the guest copy WiFi information to the clipboard for easy wifi connection.
