How do I import reservations?

To import many reservations at the same time, follow these steps: 

1. Go to reservations on the left sidebar 
2. Click on the "3 dots" on the top right and select "import reservations" 

       3. Choose the type of import format (Airbnb OR HolidayHero) 

       4. Click to download or open the sample template

         5. If you open the HolidayHero sample template in Google Drive, click on the top left "File" > "Make a Copy" 

       6. Rename your import file and replace the sample data with your reservation data. Please note to use the exact                 same format. Not using the same format will cause issues when uploading.

        7. If your file is complete, click on "File" on the top right > "Download" > CSV 

8. Go back to the HolidayHero admin and choose the settings before uploading your file. 

    > Do you want to allow an overwrite?  [Toggle ON or Toggle OFF]

    >  Do you want to invite your guests directly?  [Toggle ON or Toggle OFF]

9. Select "Choose file" and upload the Google sheet CSV file you just downloaded. 

10. Your import is complete!
