Did you already create a reservation in the operator? The guest will be automatically invited to the app via email and SMS. To invite a guest to the app, please follow the steps:
Go to the left sidebar and select “reservations”
You will see an overview of your current reservations and on the top right you see a button ”create reservation”
Select “create reservation”
Here you can add the guest details, to which listing the reservation belongs and the booking details.
If everything is filled in, click “save”
You now created a new reservation.
The guest will be automatically invited to the guest app via email and SMS.
*Please note that the first added guest to the reservation will be the primary guest.
