Do I need to use both the Mobile and Web App ?

You can choose where you'd like to direct your Guests to. If you only want your guests to direct to the Web Version,you can change the settings in the branding section. This works as follows: 


1. Go to branding in the left sidebar 

2. Edit the brand you want to change the settings for 

3. Scroll down and select "App Access". 

4. If you want your guests only to be directed to the web app, then select "Web Only"

5. From now on, your guests will only have the option to open the web app and not the native mobile app.
