What is an announcement type?

Announcement types are specific cards that link to specific objects in-app or outside of the app. 

You can choose from the following types: 

• Amenity - this card links to a specific amenity in the app.
• Native browser - this card links to a website outside of the app.
• Experience - this card links to a local recommendation or upsell in the app. 
• Generic - this is a card that gives a generic message without linking to something. 
• Guidebook - this card links to a specific guidebook in the app. 
• In-app browser - this card links to a specific website link but stays within the app. 
• Wifi - this card lets the guest copy WiFi information to the clipboard for easy wifi connection.
