How do I add an Agent to the contact details?

To add an Agent, make sure you check this first: 

1. Does the Agent already have a User profile in the workspace? If not, this person should be added. 

2. Update the user profiles first before selecting the Agent to showcase in the contact details. 


To add an Agent follow these steps: 

1. Go to the listing you want to update the Agent for. 

2. Select Listing settings

3. Select the Agent you want to showcase in the contact details. 

4. Click save. 

5. The Agent should be showcased in the Contact settings of the App. Do you not see the changes you? First, you can close and open the mobile app or reload the page of the Web App. After that, the changes are applied.
