How do I get started?

To get started with the Holidayhero platform we recommend to start adding information on the organizational level before you add it on the listing level. In this way, you only need to checkbox which element belongs to which listing. 


To get started, follow our extensive step-by-step onboarding guide here.

 

We recommend to get started in this specific order:


  1. Create your brand
  2. Add your suppliers (if you have any)
  3. Create amenities 
  4. Create guidebooks 
  5. Create experiences 
  6. Create announcements 
  7. Add your listings and connect your amenities, guidebooks, and experiences to the listing
  8. Fill in your listing sections & settings 
  9. Check the guest app to see how everything looks
  10. Make adjustments accordingly
  11. If you're happy with how everything looks, then start adding your reservations.
