To manage your inquiries take the following steps:
Go to inquiries in the left navigation
Here you see an overview of all your incoming inquiries
To manage a specific inquiry, click ‘view’
Fill in the response to the inquiry
Schedule the inquiry
Give the inquiry a status
Click “save’
A guest gets notified if you put a response to the inquiry and change the status of an inquiry.
The guest will be notified per email and SMS. The guest can find the notifications back in the ‘my stay’ section of the app.
